To comply with privacy regulations you may request the deletion of your personal data or entire account by following these steps:
Send an Email to [email protected] with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request for (Your Account Email, with the email address linked to your account.)
Include in the Email Body:
  • Your full name (if applicable).
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A clear statement such as: I hereby request the permanent deletion of my personal data and/or account.
  • Optional: Additional details to help us verify your identity (e.g., last login date, device model).

What Happens Next?
Confirmation Email:
You will receive an automated reply within 24 hours acknowledging your request.
If we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information.
Processing Time:
Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Once completed, you will receive a final confirmation email.
Data Retention Exceptions:
Some data may be retained where legally required (e.g., transaction records for financial compliance).
Anonymous or aggregated data (not tied to your identity) may persist.

Important Notes

Verification: For security, we only process requests sent from the email linked to your account. If you no longer have access, mention this in your email.
Third-Party Data: Data shared with external services (e.g., payment processors) may require separate deletion requests.
